Here is the schedule for the week, roughly.  Please keep in close communication with your events coach for all details and last minute changes, etc...

Friday - practice some time between 8-11, depending on events
Saturday - OFF
Sunday - OFF
Monday - practice some time between 8-11, depending on events
Tuesday - practice some time between 8-11, depending on events
          COACH SAINT'S GROUP IN AT 3 PM!!
Wednesday - OFF
Thursday - practice some time between 8-11, depending on events
Friday - practice some time between 8-11, depending on events
Saturday - team car wash fund raiser 10-2
          DETAILS TO FOLLOW
Sunday - OFF

Monday - Back to School
Tuesday - FIRST MEET!!!!!

Season Opener

Hello Ladies,

Here is a review of info for Monday's Season Opener...

MEET:  Shore Coaches Season Opener
WHEN:  4:30-8:30 ... expect to be home around 9:00.
BUS TIME: 2:45 or so ... after school, normal time

OTHER THOUGHTS:
- Pack food
- Dress in/Pack warm clothes
- Wear uniform!!
- Bring racing spikes
- 1/8" spikes ONLY (I have extras)

WINTER BREAK SCHEDULE:
W 12/23 - practice 1-3 pm
Th 12/24 - OFF
F 12/25 - OFF
S 12/26 - practice 8 am
S 12/27 - OFF
M 12/28 - practice 8 am
T 12/29 - practice 8 am
W 12/30 - practice 8 am
Th 12/31 - practice 8 am
F 1/1 - OFF
S 1/2 - MEET - Ocean County Relays - Bus 2:30
S 1/3 - OFF
