Practice run by the captains - gather inside at 1:15. From the looks of the weather you should be heading outside once everyone is together. Practice should take 60 minutes. If anyone who is not competing on Thursday would like to stay longer, just clear things with Coach Colonna.

January 21 - Practice Cancelled
TODAY'S PRACTICE - Monday, January 21 - IS CANCELLED. We will practice tomorrow, like normal. Please review the IMPORTANT information below:
1. Frosh/JV Meet - Wednesday, January 23 - 4:30pm @ the Bubble.
Regular bus time - meet after school at normal bus location.
2. Lineup for Wednesday's meet will be reviewed at practice Tuesday. IF YOU CANNOT MAKE PRACTICE TUESDAY, please contact Coach K to communicate your absence and find out about your events for the meet.
3. Looking ahead, Friday is the Shore Conference Meet. We will discuss this meet at practice tomorrow, as well.
4. LAPATHON MONEY DUE ASAP!!!!!! Please gather your pledge money. I am hoping that tomorrow I will get almost all of the rest of the money - so far we have rasised almost $400 and only 3 people have submitted their collections!!
