Winter Track Organizational Meeting

There will be an important organizational meeting for all girls interested in joining the Winter Track team this Friday, after school, in Room 225.

Please stop by to sign up, even if you have a fall sport game/practice.  The meeting will be very brief, but very important as far as getting people signed up.  Please make an effort to arrive quickly so that we can dismiss quickly and people can get on to practice for their fall sport.

If you absolutely cannot make it to the meeting, see Coach Colonna before Friday afternoon!

Ocean County Champs Day 2 Now Monday

The second half of the Ocean County Championship Meet has been postponed from Saturday AM, to Monday PM.  The meet will now be held at 5 PM, Monday, still at Jackson Liberty HS.

Since the meet is postponed for weather, we will also not practice Saturday AM because of the weather forecast.

THAT SAID...after Day 1, we are in 4TH PLACE at the meet.  Let's not blow this chance to do something special.  To keep our focus and fitness, how about a team group run on Sunday?  Maybe meet at Community Park, run a few loops, run a few strides, get a good stretch?  Then hit Re-Juice?  Stay tuned for info about this possible team event.
