The second half of the Ocean County Championship Meet has been postponed from Saturday AM, to Monday PM. The meet will now be held at 5 PM, Monday, still at Jackson Liberty HS.
Since the meet is postponed for weather, we will also not practice Saturday AM because of the weather forecast.
THAT SAID...after Day 1, we are in 4TH PLACE at the meet. Let's not blow this chance to do something special. To keep our focus and fitness, how about a team group run on Sunday? Maybe meet at Community Park, run a few loops, run a few strides, get a good stretch? Then hit Re-Juice? Stay tuned for info about this possible team event.

Ocean County Championships
Hello ladies - hope you all got home safely today and are enjoying your time! Below is the information for tomorrow's part of the Ocean County Championships.
LOCATION: at Jackson Liberty HS, 4:00 pm
DISMISSAL and BUS: You are to be dismissed after 8th period (1:45) and the bus is set to leave as close to 2:00 as we can make it.
EVENTS and LINEUP:
400 Hurdles - Cheyenne
100 - Shannon, Liz, and Erika (and Megan Z and Hope if no conflict with HJ)
1600 - Alexa (and Eileen and Destiny if healthy)
400 - Anne, Sam, Cammie, Grace
Long Jump - Dakota (and Dana and Destiny if healthy)
High Jump - Megan Z, Dakota, Hope
Discus - Taylor, Brianna, Alexa, Kylie
WHAT IF IT GETS RAINED OUT??? -- then all the events above will be combined with Saturday's events and the whole meet will take place on Saturday
